HOA Annual Meeting
Tuesday, March 17th | 6:00pm

Fire Station 57 | 1708 W. Dobbins Road

During the Annual Meeting we will be electing 3 directors onto the board.
Sign-in will begin at 6:00pm and the meeting will commence at 6:10pm. Please vote for three (3) candidates in person during the meeting
or by submitting the absentee ballot via email by 6pm on March 17th.

The Bylaws of the Association require 10% or 29 Home Owners to be represented, in person or by absentee ballot, at this Annual Meeting in order for it to be officially recognized.

REPORT & RESOLVE

On June 7–8, the sprinklers on the East side of the greenway malfunctioned and didn’t shut off as scheduled. Thanks to a considerate neighbor who reported the issue, it was resolved. This incident was a good reminder that not everyone knows how to report problems like this. Report by calling the maintenance emergency line ASAP.

SLOW DOWN

Keep our families safe by SLOWING DOWN, watching for children and pets, and abiding by the 15 MPH speed limit signs posted throughout our community.

Plan your trip a few minutes early to avoid rushing. :-)

NO PARKING ZONES

Parking is only allowed on one side of the street for safety and traffic flow. It helps to ensure that there's enough space for two-way traffic and prevents accidents caused by vehicles exiting parking spots into oncoming traffic. Be aware of the NO PARKING signs and advise visitors. Park in the direction of travel not against traffic, with your vehicle completely on the street, not on the sidewalk. Contact Brandon Moore if you notice faded or missing signs in your area.

BARKING DOGS

In Phoenix, a habitually barking or howling dog that disturbs the peace is considered a Class 1 misdemeanor. This means a dog owner could face penalties including fines and potential jail time.

Be a responsible pet owner by demonstrating a willingness to address the problem and be considerate of your neighbors.
