Call for volunteers for the Communication Committee

During the September HOA meeting the board approved the establishment of a Communication Committee
The purpose of the Communications Committee is to:
Support effective, accurate, and timely communication between the Board and homeowners.
Develop, manage, and recommend communication channels such as newsletters, websites, email, posted signs, and social media (as approved by the Board).
Promote transparency by distributing Board-approved updates, policy changes, meeting notices, and community information.
Encourage homeowner engagement and participation in community events and HOA governance.
Coordinating community ideas, feedback, thoughts and concerns with the Board
Composition and eligibility:
The committee shall consist of 3 to 7 members appointed by the Board.
Members must be homeowners in good standing.
At least one member of the Board shall serve as liaison.
Call for Applicants - If you meet the qualifications, please share your interest for this committee and any information that will allow the board to vote on your assignment to the committee. Please submit your interest to the HOA Secretary. LynneMoritz@gmail.com. The committee will begin meeting this month.
